Gong Xi Fa Cai !

 

Today our Chinese members are celebrating the arrival of the year of Goat.  Other members would be taking a good break from their normal busy schedule and visiting the Chinese members in a spirit of harmony and joy.  Many clubs have organized special events/meetings to celebrate the new year.

 

Some of us would be making our resolution or setting new goals for the year of Goat.  I will encourage you to complete your CTM, ATM etc. and to recruit more new members during this month.  February marks the beginning of the Talk Up Toastmasters Campaign.  Add 5 new members to your club between February 1, 2003 and March 31, 2003 and you will receive a Talk Up Toastmasters ribbon from Toastmasters International.

 

The third issue of Excel 51 will be published this month, though there may be a slight delay as we are awaiting the approval of Toastmasters International on certain articles and forms.
