Congratulations to you, Lillian and all your toastmasters on another outstanding year. Your growth has been beyond our wildest dreams.
I am also delighted at the numbers of CTMs that are being achieved. This is far different to the situation 10 years ago when few manual speeches were being completed let alone CTMs and ATMs!
No.1. District in the world is a wonderful accolade to all the effort put in by all the District officers and your Toastmasters. Well done! I look forward to meeting everyone at San Antonio.
