Message from LGET on Round 2 Club Officers Training

Dear District Officers,

At the Singapore semi-annual convention, we were indeed very blessed to have the 3rd Vice President of Toastmasters International, Dr. Dilip Abayasekara DTM, visit and share with us his experience as a Toastmasters Leader.

He presented a workshop on LANGUAGE OF A LEADER which spoke volumes and depths of what it takes to offer excellence in leadership for club and district leaders.

For those of you who were there, I am sure you brought home many pointers and learnings for you to apply back to your club, area and division.

I took the opportunity to share some of these insights at the recently concluded COTs for D'Utama Advanced Club for them to achieve their perfect 10 goals. The feedback was very positive and many stressed we all need to refresh ourselves on the elements of leadership.

I would like to encourage you to include defining the role of leader/manager for Club Excos.
